TT being 90 lbs heavier than the NA diff. Plus, the 2+2's gas tank is at the very ass end of the car. The diff is not. I think all you'd be doing is adding weight to the car, but I really doubt you'd see much difference in balance from it. As far as gearing, it just depends on the track. For instance, I have found myself on some short straights where I'm topping out 3rd, but there's not enough straight to go to 4th and back down for the turn. However, you get that back when coming out of turns and you have that extra bit of spool. Everything is a tradeoff.
